Absence Approvals and Scheduling Conflicts

 Absences now provide real-time visibility of absences records on the manager's team schedule through event conditions. The event conditions capture created, approved, and withdrawn absences. When an employee's absence is approved, the system sends that information directly to scheduling in real time. This ensures that any conflicts between the approved time off and scheduled shifts are immediately flagged in the manager's published team schedule. This helps teams in quickly adjusting the schedule to avoid any coverage gaps, and ensure accurate workforce planning.
