Absence rules honored on time card

Time cards now follow the absence edit lock rules that are configured in Absence Type setup pages. People can no longer make changes to locked absences on the time card. 

In addition, if an absence type mandates an absence reason, users must provide one before submitting time entries. This requirement ensures that all necessary details are included from the start, preventing errors during the save and submission process.

These enhancements streamline the user experience, reduce errors, and maintain consistency between absence set up rules and the time card

The Time Card now respects the absence rules to help reduce errors and enhance overall user experience on the Time Card.
