Add absence page focus on required fields

The absence entry process has been further enhanced for a hassle free experience. If a worker accidentally leaves a required field blank while recording an absence and clicks Submit, the application immediately brings the worker's focus to the blank field on the page.

When a required field is left blank when submitting an absence, the application brings the user's focus to that field.
