Business Rule Supported for Redwood Collective Agreements Page
The Collective Agreements page now supports business rules offering greater flexibility and control over how fields are displayed and managed based on various conditions. This enhancement enables organizations to configure field visibility, required, and edit properties in alignment with business needs.
You can now control these aspects using business rules:
-
Field visibility - Show or hide individual fields using business rules.
-
Required - Make fields as required or optional..
-
Edit - Configure fields to be read-only or editable.
Collective agreements provide three separate pages for configuring business rules, depending on the type of action being performed:
-
New Collective Agreement – used when creating a new collective agreement.
-
Edit Collective Agreement – used when modifying an existing collective agreement.
-
View Collective Agreement – used when opening the agreement in view-only mode.
When configuring collective agreement business rules, ensure that you select the correct page context (New, Edit, or View) so the rule is applied on the intended page. The screenshot provided represents the View Collective Agreement page.
