Employee Savings

Oracle Fusion Payroll for France allows the recording of the employee amount, the type of savings (reported in the DSN), and the contributions supported. 

A new Element template has been delivered to support employee savings.

Employee savings involves 3 organizations - the employer, a financial institution (that manages the savings or pension plans for the employer) and the Tax/Social Insurance offices. 

Note: the overall amount and the individual amount are not calculated in payroll. 

Once individual amounts are known, and employees have made their choice, individual elections can be recorded in payroll. 

The various elections an employee can make are treated differently from a social contribution, CSG/CRDS and tax perspective: Social tax may vary, or CSG will not apply on interest. 

Employee savings can now be recorded in Fusion Payroll for France.
