Career Coach Enhancements

Career Coach now uses the Supervisor model that consolidates all agents under one umbrella, streamlining information sharing and eliminating redundancies. The agent is now pre-seeded and runnable, removing the need to create agents from templates.

In addition to these changes there are some new improvements to the interface and user experience for the candidate-facing AI agents.

  • You now have the ability to display the agent widget as an overlay. By default, the widget appears as a side panel, but if your site is highly customized using a custom CSS, using the overlay option ensures the widget doesn't interfere with your design. It will simply appear over your pages.

  • If your job application flow is configured as a one-page flow, it now displays correctly even when Career Coach appears as a side panel.
  • When the Career Coach widget is displayed as a side panel, the application flow navigation menu is replaced with a horizontal bar indicating where the candidate is in the flow. The fixer button displays on the page instead of on the left where the AI agent now sits.

  • There is a Terms and Conditions clickable link on the agent. The content that displays when you click it is taken from the job application legal disclaimer in the Recruiting Content Library.
  • If you've enabled resume parsing, candidate resumes will be parsed into the application flows when they upload them to the agent widget.
  • Beginning with the release, if a candidate uploads a resume into a recommended jobs widget in candidate experience, that resume will be available to the agent.

Business benefit: The enhancements make Career Coach more flexible. The widget now works with any site design. For candidates, the updates provide a smoother, easier user experience.
