Display Company Logos in Job Lists

You can now configure job lists in career sites to display organization logos. Logos are stored in the Asset Library, and you can indicate which organization, business unit, or legal employer will use them. 

Logos Stored in Asset Library

To match the logo to a job requisition, recruiters need to select that organization in the Organization field in the Requisition structure section or business unit, or legal employer in the Offer info section while creating a requisition. If there's a logo image that matches any of these in the Asset Library, it will appear alongside the job posting on any of the following pages:

• Search Results
• Similar Jobs
• Recommended Jobs
• My Applications (Active, Draft)
• Job List
• Custom page - Search Results and category tiles
• Suggested Jobs

If there's no logo associated with an organization, then the business unit logo is displayed. If there's no logo for the organization or the business unit, the legal employer logo is displayed. If there's no logo associated with the organization, business unit, or the legal employer, a default image is displayed.

On search results pages if Preview Image is configured, it takes precedence, and the preview image is displayed even if a logo image is configured in the Asset Library for the organization, business unit, or legal employer. If Preview Image isn't configured, then the logo from the Asset Library is displayed. If neither the preview image or the logo are configured, then a default image is displayed.

Note: To ensure that the images you upload to the Asset Library are used consistently in all places where they appear, if you're already using a custom search results page with Preview image enabled, it's recommended that you first remove that image before you enable the logo feature.

Business benefit: This enhancement makes it easier for candidates to identify postings from different organizations within affiliate, or multi-brand career site structures.
