New Diversity DDF Fields in Diversity Block of Application Flows

New diversity descriptive flexfields (DFF) have been added in December 2025 to align with legislation.  

Business benefit: Allows customers to capture new diversity fields to populate future employee records.

Steps to Enable and Configure

The 6 new diversity fields are available when creating rules in Transaction Design Studio using the Recruiting - Candidate Application Additional Info action.

The new fields are visible by default on existing custom rules. You can deactivate the fields you don’t want to expose to candidates. 

If you created custom rules in release 25D or before, make sure to hide the fields that you don't want to capture. 

If you haven’t defined custom rules, you must define at least one rule with the desired fields in order to use them. All the selected visible fields will be included in the Diversity block of the application flows.
