IMPORTANT Actions and Considerations for Benefits

REDWOOD BENEFITS PAGES BECOME DEFAULT IN 26C

Starting in 26C, Benefits pages, including both Employee Self-Service and Benefits Administration, will default to the Redwood experience. Moving forward, Benefits enhancements and selected fixes will be delivered exclusively in Redwood pages.

Redwood is more than a visual update. It provides a scalable, upgrade-safe platform that supports AI-driven assistance, improved usability, and a consistent experience across Oracle applications. This transition aligns with Oracle’s quarterly innovation strategy and long-term product direction.

Redwood delivers a modern, intuitive experience designed to support both employees and administrators.

Employees can:

  • Compare plans and review coverage details with new capabilities embedded directly within the enrollment flow, including side-by-side comparisons that highlight value during decision-making.
  • Use HSA and FSA calculators seamlessly within the enrollment experience to better understand contribution impact and savings opportunities.
  • Complete life event and enrollment actions in a modern, intuitive experience with enhanced personalization, clearer guidance, and richer decision support features.
  • Engage with AI-powered Benefits Agents for guided assistance and answers to common questions.

Administrators can:

  • Manage enrollments and certifications in a streamlined experience designed for speed and accuracy.
  • Navigate activity centers with clearer structure, intuitive layouts, and simplified next steps.
  • Use AI Agents to accelerate certification approvals and assist with uploading and validating court orders.
  • Benefit from built-in accessibility, telemetry, and performance enhancements.

We recommend reviewing your Benefits configuration and preparing for the enhanced experience prior to your 26C update to ensure a smooth transition.
