Teachers' Pension Additional Checks in HCM UK TPS Generic Setup Diagnostics

These updates improve diagnostics and troubleshooting in the Teachers' Pension HCM UK TPS Generic Setup Diagnostics report:

• The Annual Full-Time Equivalent Salary rate definition table includes additional attributes about the earnings element rate definition's Return Full-Time Rate and the Amount Input Value contributor's Return Full-Time Rate. Both indicators must match; either both must be Yes or both must be No/null. Mismatches are clearly shown in the table. 
• The report also includes 2 additional balances in its list of feeds so administrators can better identify missing or incorrect manual feeds that affect Teachers' Pension calculations:
  • Non-Pensionable Allowance Adjustment TPS balance - holds the value of the non-pensionable allowance adjustment when an employee is on family-related or sick leave and the absence rate includes non-pensionable allowances.
  • Annual Full-Time Equivalent Salary Change TPS Retroactive balance - used in the generation and reporting of U lines for a backdated change to annual full-time equivalent salary when no earnings exist in the period.

Updates to the HCM UK TPS Generic Setup Diagnostics report that include enhanced checks for Annual Full-Time Equivalent Salary rate definition contributors and expanded balance feed listings to improve troubleshooting of Teachers' Pension setup and ensure accuracy in MCR reporting.
