Manager Concierge Workspace
Use Manager Concierge to review and act on workforce insights across compensation, talent, employment, recruiting, and absences from a single workspace. The agentic application consolidates workforce signals, summarizes key information in plain language, and helps managers identify and address items that require attention.
The key capabilities include:
- Activity Insights - Review and act on pending approvals and employee activities that require manager attention, including absence requests, award approvals, employee journeys, and communication activities.
- Team Insights - Review prioritized workforce signals, including employees identified as flight risks, upcoming employee absences, employees paid below the salary range midpoint, open requisitions, and active recruiting offers.
- Compensation Insights - Review compensation information across the team, including current salary, comparison ratio, retention risk, and performance ratings to support compensation planning activities.
- Talent Insights - Review employee performance, impact-of-loss, and risk-of-loss indicators to help identify critical roles and succession planning considerations.
- Absence Insights - Review upcoming employee absences, including employee role, location, duration, and scheduled dates to help anticipate workforce coverage needs.

Assign this privilege to a custom line manager role to give access to the Manager Concierge Workspace.
