ESS Job for Moving Nonpublic Skills to Skill Center Skills Section

Moves skills from non-public skill sections also known as free-form skills section to the Skills Center skill content section.

Using this feature, customers can select any nonpublic or freeform skill source they may be using and migrate it to a target Dynamic Skills Skills Center section. Customers will also be able to identify the skill group as either "Developing" or "Developed" for a person profile type skill section. This allows customers to then convert their existing freeform skills in Dynamic Skills into Enhanced Dynamic Skills.

Business Benefit

Reduces manual effort for customers who must migrate to Enhanced Dynamic Skills by moving the text-based skills they currently use. This avoids any loss of valuable skills data customer was using prior to Dynamic Skills.

Tips and considerations

This ESS job is for use by customers who are using nonpublic skills. They should not have implemented Dynamic Skills or Enhanced Dynamic Skills.
