Virtual Meeting Recording Retrieval Control

You can now specify whether virtual meeting recordings are retrieved for virtual instructor-led activities using the new Retrieve Virtual Meeting Recordings parameter for the Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning process.

Learning departments now have flexibility and improved control over meeting recording management, allowing organizations to adhere to internal policies around data privacy. This feature makes it easier for companies to comply with various content management or privacy requirements effortlessly.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

• The parameter applies to all configured providers in the environment and all VILT offerings and learning event activities.
• The default is to retrieve recordings. Existing customers who want to disable recording retrieval should cancel any current schedules of the Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning process. Then reschedule the process with Retrieve Virtual Meeting Recordings set to No.
