Introduce smarter oversight with the conversational AI My Team's Learning Assistant agent. This new agent brings natural language interaction to Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning, helping you quickly access and understand your team’s learning progress.

The assistant offers out-of-the-box understanding for dozens of team-related questions, including overdue assignments, completions, voluntary or required enrollments, and publisher-specific progress. You gain direct access to key insights and actions, instantly viewing individual, whole team, and cross team learning status. Also view detailed groupings by assignment, worker, or learning.

With assignments supported by deep linking, you can open learner enrollment details and act with a single selection. The assistant provides comprehensive query coverage, enabling requests about completion totals, publisher based learning (such as LinkedIn), formats, or assignment history across rolling dates and requirements.

Built in role-based security and privacy ensures you see only data you're authorized to view, with deep links and summaries respecting organizational boundaries. And when questions fall outside the scope of team learning, the assistant responds politely, re focusing you on relevant options to keep the experience seamless and efficient.

Steps to enable and configure

  1. Deploy the AI agent team using the delivered template.
    • Template name: My Teams Learning Assistant
    • AI agent team code: ORA_HCM_LEARNING_MY_TEAMS_LEARNING_ASSISTANT
  2. Create a guided journey with the AI agent as a task.
  3. Add the AI agent to Redwood pages using the guided journey from step 2.
    • We suggest you add the agent to the My Team > Learning and Development: My Team page

Tips and considerations

By default, assignment and completion lists may be limited to top results per worker. The assistant will prompt if more data is available and can help you refine or expand your query.
