Cash Awards for Service Anniversaries

Organizations can now recognize employee milestones with cash-based Service Anniversary awards, in addition to points. Administrators can configure fixed amount for anniversary programs using existing payroll elements, with full multi-currency support. The enhancement also brings consistency across recognition programs by adding fixed amount support for Spot Awards, while maintaining clear validation rules between fixed and variable award configurations.

You can set up the award money while creating an award program. To create an award, go to My Client Groups > Show More > Configure Programs >Add Program. You can set up the fixed amount in the Payroll Elements tab.

This enhancement provides greater flexibility, streamlined setup, and minimal disruption to existing flow.
