Configurable Seniority Date for Anniversary Awards
Administrators can now choose which seniority date of the employee should be used to calculate Work Anniversary awards, ensuring accurate recognition for employees with transfers or complex employment histories. During program setup, admins can select one of these dates:
- Work Relationship Start Date
- Legal Employer Seniority Date
- Enterprise Seniority Date
Existing programs automatically default to the current behavior, requiring no migration.
You can configure seniority date while creating an award program. To create an award, go to My Client Groups > Show More > Configure Programs >Add Program.
The award is generated based on the seniority date configured, period type, award preparation time, and duration.
This enhancement improves global flexibility while maintaining the employee experience and award delivery process.
