One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Automatic Final Close of Offer Assignments

When an offer assignment is end-dated, the application automatically sets the Final Close Date and Last Standard Process Date to the offer assignment's termination date. This update applies to both the assignment and the assigned payroll.

Note: In Oracle Recruiting, you can configure rules that determine when offer assignments are end-dated after a candidate is converted to a pending worker. Verify these settings to ensure that offer assignments are scheduled to be end-dated; otherwise, the Final Close Date and Last Standard Process Date won't be populated.

This enhancement prevents terminated offer assignments from remaining visible on the Payroll pages and reduces validation and end-dating failures for payroll definitions.

  • Element Entries
  • Earnings & Deductions
  • Payroll Relationship
  • Personal Payment Method
  • Costing for a Person

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

Even if the ORA_PAY_DISPLAY_CANDIDATE profile option set to Yes, terminated offer assignments won't be displayed on the Payroll pages.
