The application now automatically sets the Final Close Date and Last Standard Process Date to the employment termination date when an offer assignment is converted to an employee assignment. This applies to both the assignment and the assigned payroll.

This enhancement prevents terminated offer assignments from remaining visible on the Payroll pages and reduces validation and end-dating failures for payroll definitions. 

You’ll notice this improvement on the following Payroll pages:

  • Element Entries
  • Earnings & Deductions
  • Payroll Relationship
  • Personal Payment Method
  • Costing for a Person

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

Even if the ORA_PAY_DISPLAY_CANDIDATE profile option set to Yes, terminated offer assignments won't be displayed on the Payroll pages.
