Character Limit for Name Fields in External Application Flows

There's a new configurable character limit for candidate name fields to ensure data quality across the hiring experience. By default, first, middle, and last name fields now support up to 30 characters in all external candidate application flows and candidate self service.

Business benefit:  This enhancement helps to standardize data entry and delivers a more predictable user experience.

Steps to enable and configure

No action is required unless you want to change the default limit. In the ORA_IRC_AF_NAME_CHAR_LIMIT profile option, adjust the character limit to align with your organizational policies. For details, see How do I enable a profile option?
