Career Coach Enhancements: Interview Management Agents
- The Career Coach agent now has interview scheduling and interview preparation capabilities, providing conversational support for scheduling interviews and assisting with interview preparation.
Interview Scheduling:
- Candidates can schedule interviews using the Career Coach agent using both web and text channels.
- The agent displays available slots based on the interviewer’s availability. Candidates can select a slot and confirm the interview or request additional slots.
- Cancelation and rescheduling of interviews are also supported through the agent.

Interview Management Agent
Interview Preparation:
- Candidates can use Career Coach to prepare for a specific interview or job role.
- The agent uses a document tool, allowing you to upload interview processes or guidelines followed by your company. If such a document exists, the agent will first provide company-specific interview guidelines, followed by preparation tips.
- Two preparation modes are available: Mock Interview or Practice a Question. Candidates can choose either mode to begin their preparation. It utilizes the job description to generate questions.

Business benefit: This enhancement streamlines interview scheduling and preparation, and improves candidate experience and operational efficiency. By automating key processes, it reduces administrative burden while ensuring candidates are well-prepared and engaged throughout the hiring process.

Interview scheduling is only available if you've enabled Recruiting Booster. For details see Using and Administering Recruiting Booster.
Tips and considerations
When a candidate is signed in to the career site and has upcoming interviews or pending scheduling actions:
- Upon navigating to the My Applications page, the agent will proactively notify the candidate about any upcoming interviews and offer help with either interview preparation or scheduling, depending on what actions are pending. If both actions exist, the interview preparation takes precedence.
- If the candidate directly accesses the interview scheduling page using a deep link or navigates to it from the My Applications page, the agent will offer assistance with scheduling the interview.
- If the candidate directly accesses the interview details page using a deep link or navigates to it from the My Applications page, the agent will offer assistance with interview preparation.
