Redwood: New Notifications for Mass Performance Document Creations
HR can now configure HCM Alert Notifications to inform employees and managers when performance documents are created through these mass processes:
- Mass Action Processes for Performance Documents
- HCM Data Loader
- Eligibility Batch Process
Additionally, automatically added matrix manager participants can be notified to provide feedback when documents are generated in this way. Templates can be enabled and tailored in Alerts Composer for employee, manager, and participant communications using the HRA Performance Document alert.
Business Benefit: This feature automatically notifies key stakeholders when documents are created using mass actions.
Steps to enable and configure
-
In Alerts Composer, search for HRA Performance Document and enable the relevant templates. You can adjust content to align with your organization’s tone and information needs.
-
Notifications trigger when performance documents are created using mass processes such as Eligibility Batch Process and Data Loader.
You need to configure the profile options for Redwood performance documents as indicated in the following table.
