Redwood: New VB Studio Page Properties to Control Information on the Performance Document Page
As an HR administrator, you can use business rules and new page properties in VB Studio to control the display of information in the performance document page for these features:
- Enable guided journeys at the evaluation topic level
- Whether contextual information displays for an evaluation topic
- Which contextual information displays for an evaluation topic
- Hide worker calculated ratings using business rules
- Hide participant calculated ratings using business rules
Business Benefit: These enhancements enable you to better align performance documents with your organization’s review policies and presentation preferences.
Steps to enable and configure
You need to configure the profile options for Redwood performance documents as indicated in the following table.

Configure the page properties for the contextual information links appear for each evaluation topic in performance documents

Configure a business rule in VB to hide worker or participant ratings:
- Go to My Team > Performance and select any performance document.
- Select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.
- Select Configure Fields and Regions.
- Click the + icon in Form Rules on the left to create a new business rule.
- Add your condition.
- Under Rating Details, hide the Calculated Rating and Calculated Rating Description attributes.
