Redwood: Nudge Reminder to Enter Goals Before Goal-Setting End Date

From this release, you can notify employees and managers about goal plans that have no goals before the goal setting end date specified in the goal plan.

Ensure that employees add goals to their goal plan before the goal setting end date and enhance your organization’s goal management.

Steps to enable and configure

You need to select the Goal module when configuring nudges. Select the Employee doesn't have goals in the goal plan and the goal setting deadline is approaching reason. You can specify when you want this nudge to be sent by indicating the number of days before the goal setting end date.

New nudge Panel

In the channel configuration panel, you need to select Email as the type of channel and the Goals Center action.
