Flexible Benefits Plan Enhancements

To improve the user experience and streamline administrative workflows, we have introduced a suite of enhancements to the Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP) module:

• Lookup values(LOV) for the component’s choice: This allows employee to choose only the values based on the standard list of values configured
• Hide zero value components in the ESS view: You have the option to suppress components that have 0 values in the FBP employee self-service view
• Conditionally disable an FBP component 
• Accommodate plan changes based on any HR action
• Allowance payment based on Bills Submission
• Suppress warning messages for element entries and component value changes when running the FBP flow
• Automate the creation and update of element entries
• Option to configure read-only access to Payroll administrators to the FBP calculation card
   

These updates provide greater configuration flexibility, improve system automation, and deliver a cleaner, more intuitive interface for both employees and payroll administrators.
