Redwood: VB Studio Page Properties for Granular AI Assist Enablement in Evaluation Topic Summaries

As an HR administrator, you can configure AI Assist comments separately by role and by comment type on Redwood performance documents. This lets you control whether AI Assist is available for individual item comments, section summary comments, overall summary comments, or all evaluation comments for managers, workers, and participants so you can support the needs of specific performance documents.

Business benefit: This feature enables you to configure AI Assist more precisely for managers, workers, and participants based on the type of evaluation comment you want to support. 

Steps to enable and configure

You can configure the following page properties as indicated in the following table for Redwood performance documents.

This property controls the display of the AI Assist button to provide manager evaluation comments and development tips for individual competencies. Set it to true or false to show or hide the action button respectively.
