Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 Supports Embedded Integration Through Deeplink

Payroll administrators can configure ADP Global Payroll pages to open within Oracle Cloud HCM as deep links in a separate browser tab. This supports ADP-specific URL while supplying the country, legal employer, payroll, and, when needed, employee context.

Key features:

  • Configure a ADP Global Payroll page to load as a deep link.
  • Support single-employee contexts to load ADP Global Payroll pages to capture additional payroll related data.

Customers can use the embedded integration to capture additional information required by ADP Global Payroll from within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Steps to enable and configure

To enable the deeplink integration, perform the steps below:

Enable the Redwood Payroll Integrations page:

  1. Enable the profile option ORA_HRY_PAYROLL_INTEGRATIONS_REDWOOD_ENABLED.
  2. Ensure the central profile option Enable VBCS Progressive Web Application User Interfaces across HCM application: ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED is enabled.

Configure the deeplink for ADP Global Payroll page:

1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Data Exchange > Payroll Integrations

2. Configure a new payroll integration

  • Integration Details page: Provide Name, Description, Issuer, Provider
  • Payroll Mapping page: Specify the payroll for which you want to enable the deeplink integration
  • Set Deeplink value to Yes and save the change using the row level action.
  • In the Deeplink Integration page, configure the Deeplink URL
  • Submit your changes.
