Protect Correct Termination Changes for Multi-Row EFF

Redwood Platform

When you correct a termination date, the application prevents changes that could create invalid assignment data when primary assignment indicators have changed across effective-dated records.

After you modify the termination date, the extensible flexfields section becomes read-only to prevent conflicting updates during the correction.

This enhancement helps prevent data corruption while maintaining a more predictable Correct Termination experience.

Steps to enable and configure

No action is required. This enhancement is available automatically in the Correct Termination responsive user interface.

Tips and considerations

  • Review the termination date before saving your correction.
  • After changing the termination date, you can’t edit values in the extensible flexfields section as part of that correction.

Access requirements

Use existing access to correct worker terminations.
