Filter by Active Candidates on Candidate Lists

GenAIRedwood Platform

Recruiters can filter for candidates that have recently been active. Recruiting administrators can configure how candidate activity is evaluated and define which candidate actions meet the selected activity criteria within a defined timeframe. This helps teams focus outreach and candidate engagement efforts on recently active candidates.

Use this feature to:

  • Filter candidate lists by Is Active with Yes or No options across Candidate Lists: Candidate Search, Prospects, Events, and Pools.
  • Use AI Search Query Assist to search for active candidates and apply the Is Active filter.
  • Retain the Is Active filter when saving candidate searches.

Business benefit: Enables recruiting teams to quickly identify and prioritize recently active candidates, helping focus outreach on talent most likely to engage, improve recruiter productivity, and accelerate candidate conversion.
