List Selections Retained
Users working in requisitions, job applications, activity items, or candidate lists can keep selected rows while reviewing details pages, resumes or performing row level actions. The lists retain selections so users can continue reviewing job requisitions, job applications or candidates without reselecting rows.
Use the enhanced selection behavior to:
- Keep multiple selected rows when opening a resume preview or a performing a row level action.
- Retain selections while reviewing another job requisition, job application or candidate and returning to the list.
- Understand that selections clear after a bulk action and when returning to requisition, pool, or events lists in the contexts of job applications and candidates.
Try it out
- Select multiple rows in a supported recruiting list.
- Open a resume preview or perform a row level action.
- Drill into a job application after making some list selections, then return to the list. The selected rows remain selected and the list returns to the previously viewed row.
Business benefit: This enhancement streamlines high-volume recruiting workflows by eliminating the need to repeatedly reselect requisitions, job applications, or candidates after reviewing resumes or navigating between pages. Selections are no longer cleared when previewing resumes, accessing row actions, or drilling into job application lists and candidate details and returning to the list page. The result is reduced administrative effort, improved productivity, and a more seamless candidate management experience.
