Use the New Fields Available for Grid Views on Candidate Lists
Recruiters can configure grid views for candidate lists with additional candidate, source, and interaction details across candidate search, pool members, event audience and prospects. The added fields align better with those available in Job Application lists, helping recruiters compare candidates without opening individual profiles.
Use the following new fields in the grid view on candidate lists:
- Recent Assessments
- Person Number
- Candidate Email Address
- Candidate Phone Number
- Language Name
- Recent Certifications
- Skill Name
- Interactions
- Candidate Type
- Source Medium
- Source
- Source Description
- Source Added By
- Source Created By
- Prospect Source Info
- Candidate Labels
Try it out
- From a candidate list select Configure Views > Manage Views.
- Create a view or modify an existing view.
- Add the field categories and fields needed for the recruiting workflow, then save the view.
- Apply the view to display the selected candidate details in the grid.
Business benefit: Streamlines candidate evaluation by surfacing key candidate, source, and interaction details directly within configurable list views, reducing the need to open individual profiles and helping recruiters work more efficiently.
