Redwood: Additional Requested Feedback Notifications

Redwood Platform

Workers receive new notifications when feedback is requested or when feedback revisions are requested for them or for one of their goals.

Notifications are sent for these situations:

• A feedback request is sent for the worker.
• A feedback request is sent for one of the worker’s goals.
• A feedback revision request is sent for the worker.
• A feedback revision request is sent for one of the worker’s goals.

These notifications help workers track feedback activity and respond promptly.

Steps to enable and configure

Notifications are enabled using Alerts Composer.

1. Search for Event Alert "Redwood Feedback Request".
2. Select one of the new templates:
   • Worker Notification of Feedback Request by Manager or HR
   • Worker Notification of Goal Feedback Request by Manager or HR
   • Worker Notification of Feedback Revision Request
   • Worker Notification of Goal Feedback Revision Request
3. Edit the row to enable the action.
4. Optionally edit the Notification Method and Message.
