Smart Filter Controls for Academic Year Override Report
The Student Academic Year Override Report is an existing product report used to identify students whose mapped Non-Term academic year has been manually overridden by a user. Previously, the report's run parameter relied solely on a disbursement date range, which could include students with disbursements from prior years. With this enhancement, the run parameters have been refined to more accurately target students requiring review in the immediate future, ensuring a more focused and actionable reporting process.
New Run Parameter
- Academic Year Override Date (Start and End Date): Includes students whose Academic Year Override was completed by a user within the specified date range.
Updated Run Parameter
- Days to Disbursement: Includes students whose Academic Year Override was completed within the specified date range and who have an anticipated disbursement within the selected timeframe. Enter 0 to include all students, regardless of days to disbursement.
