One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Enhanced Disbursement Status Detail Reporting to Include ARA

We have enhanced the Disbursement Status Report (detail tab) to include an indicator showing whether a student has posted an ARA for the payment period corresponding to each disbursement. This new data point makes it easier to assess if a disbursement status is correct or may require further review and manual action. By expanding the scope of the report’s outputs, you can now more efficiently identify and target specific populations, reducing the need to switch between the report and SFA for additional information.

New Column:

  • Payment Period ARA
    • Will display "True" if the student has Academically Related Activity in any course within the same payment period as the disbursement. 

Business Value

This enhancement streamlines compliance monitoring and decision-making by providing immediate visibility into ARA status within the Disbursement Status Report
