Enhancements to Country of Origin Matching During Trade Agreement Qualification

This feature provides additional logic when GTM is determining the country of origin of an item origin on a trade item structure component. A property has been introduced called 'gtm.roo.component.itemorigin.performBasicMatching'. The setting of this property determines if basic matching is performed to match the item origin for an item structure component and determine the country of origin:

• True (default value) - When the property is set to 'true', GTM uses the basic matching logic by matching the inventory organization, partner and partner site. The results of this basic matching are then used during the constraint matching based on the constraint set defined in the logic configuration.

• False - When the property is set to 'false', the basic matching is not performed and GTM uses the constraint set on the logic configuration.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

If the 'gtm.roo.component.itemorigin.performBasicMatching' property is set to 'true' and there are no matching item origin records after the basic matching, GTM does not perform the matching based on the constraint set.
