Confirm Source LPN During RF Pick IBLPN for Replenishment
We are introducing LPN Confirmation as part of the Pick IBLPN for Replenishment process.
A new screen parameter 'confirm-lpn,' has been introduced which can be set to 'yes' or 'no' (default is 'Blank'). This provides you an option to confirm LPNs during replenishment picking, which reduces the chances of errors and ensures that the physical and system records align seamlessly.
- When 'confirm-lpn' is set to 'yes,' the system will prompt you to confirm the LPN before proceeding with the replenishment pick.
- When 'confirm-lpn' is set to 'no' or left 'Blank,' the system will skip the LPN confirmation step and proceed with the default behavior.
The default setting for the screen parameter 'confirm-lpn' is 'Blank,' ensuring that LPN confirmation is not required unless explicitly set to 'yes' by the user.
NOTE: If the confirmed IBLPN does not match the actual IBLPN, the system will display an error, preventing discrepancies with a clear message: "LPN does not match."
If confirm-lpn is set to 'yes':
- The system will prompt for IBLPN confirmation after Location Confirmation.
If confirm-lpn is set to 'no'/'Blank':
-
The system will proceed without asking for IBLPN confirmation, following the default behavior after Location Confirmation.
