Tender Update Screen Modifications

This feature provides you with two usability improvements that will eliminate confusion caused previously when shipments appeared to be available for an Update, but were no longer available for Updating.

Improvements:

• Display of Disabled Submit button on the Tender Update screen

Disabled Submit button will be displayed on the Update screen when update on the tender is not allowed.

• Show message to user on Tender Update screen if User is not allowed to update Tender Information

"This tender cannot be updated." message will be shown if user cannot update the tender.
