Parameter - Max Num Days to Extend Path With Consol Shipments

This feature provides the option, when using the Path Finder Algorithm "Shortest Path"  to consider Consol Shipments on different days.  This new capability is enabled using the Parameter "Max Num Days to Extend Path With Consol Shipments".  The parameter is found in the Network Routing Logic Configuration.  The Default value for this parameter is 1, previous behavior, if you would like to consider additional Consol Shipments on different days/additional days to be considered the value for the Max Num Days to Extend Path With Consol Shipments parameter  should be set to a value greater than 1.

This feature provides the option to improve solution quality in scenarios where your time windows are flexible, and you have multiple Consol options available to use across multiple days.

Steps to Enable

As noted, the Default value for this parameter is 1, if you would like the algorithm to consider additional Consol Shipments on different days the parameter value should be set to a value greater than 1.  Also, note that this parameter works in conjunction with the Default Path Finder Algorithm of Shortest Path - highlighted below.
