Data Export API - Historical Metrics

This feature extends the Historical Metrics provided by the application to include performance metrics related to the Data Export API.  Metrics captured include the following:

• DATA EXPORT API - SYNC EXPORT REQUEST TIME
• DATA EXPORT API - SYNC EXPORTED RECORDS COUNT 
• DATA EXPORT API - ASYNC EXPORT REQUEST COUNT
• DATA EXPORT API - TABLE EXPORT REQUEST TIME
• DATA EXPORT API - OBJECT EXPORT  REQUEST TIME
• DATA EXPORT API - TABLE EXPORTED RECORDS COUNT
• DATA EXPORT API - OBJECT EXPORTED RECORDS COUNT

In the example below, the metrics shown are for the shipment
