Enable Multithread for CRT Download
This Optional Feature, when enabled, will allow the Create Carrier Response Template action to run as a multithreaded action and will improve the performance of this action.
- This feature improves the performance of the Create Carrier Response Template action.
Steps to Enable
To take advantage of this feature - you will need to do the following:
- Verify that the ENABLE MULTITHREAD FOR CRT DOWNLOAD feature is Opted In - Opted In value is set to True.
- Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.
NOTE: Only the DBA.ADMIN user can access and use the Optional Features page.
- Search for and select the ENABLE MULTITHREAD FOR CRT DOWNLOAD feature.
- If the feature is currently Opted Out (Opted In = False) you will want to run the Opt In Action for the feature.
- You will want to make sure that the Optional Feature ENABLE XLSX FILE FORMAT IN SOURCING SPREADSHEETS (provided in the 23C update) is Opted in as well/ Opted Is set to True.
- Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.

- Search for and select the ENABLE XLSX FILE FORMAT IN SOURCING SPREADSHEETS feature.
- If the feature is currently Opted Out (Opted In = False) you will want to run the Opt In Action for the feature
- You will want to review/increase the thread sizing property - glog.workflow.queueThreads.createCRTRows - this property allocates a number of threads to the createCRTRows workflow queue. The property supports an integer value between 1 and 500.
