3-D Axle Action and Agent Action to Center Items in Compartments and Re-compute Axle Loads

A new public agent has been added to allow the loading of steel coils to be on parity with the Quick Pack and Column generation.  The primary purpose is to "adjust" the location of the packing items that are packed from a "left front" orientation to a "center orientation.  QP and COLGEN do not actually position objects but they do compute the center of the packing item as if it was packed. The client is now able to have a way to visually model the packing.  The algorithms are different.  QP and COLGEN are a MIP and 3-D is a heuristic and produce different answers.

3-D packing is a very useful tool and this enhancement works with any "single packing item in a compartment".  It is not only for cylinders.  The caveat is that there is only one item in the compartment.  The orientation of the original packing WILL NOT CHANGE.  The agent action to REPOSITION ITEM TO CENTER will just move it.  Then the next action to RECALCULATE AXLE WEIGHTS will do the necessary math.  .

Steps to Enable

The agent is a public agent and it is intended that the client will copy it. They will also add their own saved condition.

Tips And Considerations

A saved condition is required so the agent will not fire unless required.  This is based on a unique equipment group that is the coil car for this example.
