New Facility Parameter to Skip Duplicate Stop Sequence Number

With the 24C release, Oracle WMS allows you to configure the stop sequence generation for a load as per user requirement for the eligible destination facilities while interfacing via the Outbound Load Interface. Using the newly introduced facility parameter “SKIP_DUPLICATE_STOP_SEQ_NBR_CHECK”, you can generate the same stop sequence. So without having to enforce the loading in reverse order of sequence, you now enjoy a greater flexibility of loading.

You can configure the facility parameter “SKIP_DUPLICATE_STOP_SEQ_NBR_CHECK” by setting the parameter values as per the table below:

PARAMETER VALUE

BEHAVIOR

Yes

Outbound Load init stage will allow you to change or set the same stop sequence on a load.

No

Outbound Load init stage will restrict the changing of the stop sequence.

NOTE: When the parameter is not set (blank), the default behavior of the system will restrict the changing of the stop sequence (parameter value “No”).

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
