Remove Declaration Created Checkbox from Trade Transaction

This feature removes the Declaration Created checkbox on the trade transaction finder, view and edit pages since it is no longer used in GTM logic. To see the relationship between trade transaction lines and declaration lines, you can:

• Review the Reference Lines on the Declaration Line
• Use the 'View Related Declarations' Smartlink from Trade Transactions
• Use the 'View Related Trade Transactions' Smartlink from Declarations

This feature removes capability which is no longer needed in the GTM logic providing a more streamlined UI.
