Trade Incentive Program Inventory Summary and Inventory Detail Reports
To improve the support for trade incentive programs business processes and mandatory reports, four sample reports have been added. They are:
- Trade Incentive Program Inventory Summary - Duty Drawback. This report is suited for Duty Drawback based Trade Incentive Programs and it shows the list of Program Inventories along with their current quantity and value balances.
- Trade Incentive Program Inventory Summary - Duty Suspension. This report is suited for Duty Suspension based Trade Incentive Programs and it shows the list of Program Inventories along with their current quantity and value balances.
- Trade Incentive Program Inventory Detail - Duty Drawback. This report is suited for Duty Drawback based Trade Incentive Programs and it shows the list of Program Inventories along with their current quantity and value balances. Under each Program Inventory, all its Exit Movement details are also shown.
- Trade Incentive Program Inventory Detail - Duty Suspension. This report is suited for Duty Suspension based Trade Incentive Programs and it shows the list of Program Inventories along with their current quantity and value balances. Under each Program Inventory, all its Exit Movement details are also shown.
Available parameters for the summary reports:
- Trade Incentive Program
- Item Id
- Entry Date From: The starting date from which transactions will be included in the report.
- Entry Date To: The ending date up to which transactions or declaration lines will be included in the report.
- Show Balance Quantity as on Date: The specific date on which the balance of the transactions will be reported.
Available parameters for the detail reports:
- Trade Incentive Program
- Item Id
- Entry Date From: The starting date from which transactions will be included in the report.
- Entry Date To: The ending date up to which transactions or declaration lines will be included in the report.
- Reference Number: Transaction/Declaration Line ID
- Inventory Organization
You can make a copy of any of the reports (Business Process Automation -> Power Data -> Document Generation -> Reports -> Report ID beginning with TIP). The application will ask for the name of the new copied report.
Example of a Customized Report
The Report Additional Parameters are the default values. You will be able to override the parameter value for these eight parameters. Once you create the report, it will appear as a new entry in the reports list.
