Admin Navigation Menu Parameter - Not Visible Override

This feature - for your Admin Users - will keep the Navigation Menu on your Enhanced Workbenches visible even when the Workbench's assigned Logic Configuration has the Navigation Menu parameter set to Not Visible.  This change will allow your Admin Users to edit these Workbenches without having to first update the Navigation Menu parameter assigned to the Workbench to provide visibility - either by setting the parameter value to the default value - Always Visible or to the Show/Hide option.

By default, the Navigation Menu Parameter is set to Always Visible as shown below.

This feature supports the setup where the Navigation Menu Parameter is set to Not Visible - as shown below.

With the Navigation Menu set to Not Visible all of your non-Admin Users will have the Navigation Menu hidden - which was the same behavior provided previously.

Navigation Menu Not Visible

Using the same Logic Configuration setup as above (with the Navigation Menu parameter set to Not Visible) - but with an Admin User Role user, using the same Workbench as above, for the Admin User - OOTB.TB - the Workbench now provides visibility to the Navigation Menu - as shown below.  With the Navigation Menu visible the Admin user can make necessary edits to the Workbench.

This feature simplifies the steps required by your Admin User to maintain your end user Workbenches where the Navigation Menu has been configured so that it is Not Visible.

Tips And Considerations

Note, this change will result in a change in behavior for your Admin Users who use Enhanced Workbenches where the Navigation Menu parameter has been set to Not Visible.  This feature will now provide visibility to the Navigation Menu for Admin Users even when the Navigation Menu parameter is set to Not Visible.
