Personalization Enhancements

This feature extends the Enhanced Workbench Personalization features to include:

• Saved Groups for Group By Parent table with multiple saved groups
• Freeze columns
• Grouped and Ungrouped Combined Detail Table

Saved Groups

Your Saved Group changes are now supported by the Enhanced Workbench Personalization feature.  In the example below, the original Saved Group is changed from Service Provider ID to Service Provider ID, Status - the changed Saved Groups selection used when you open this Enhanced Workbench again.

Originally the Enhanced Workbench is just Grouped By Service Provider ID.

During the session, you change the Saved Groups to Service Provider ID, Status - as shown below.

Now, the Saved Groups you selected in a session will be used the next time you open the Enhanced Workbench. In this case the Service Provider ID, Status Saved Group.

Freeze

In the example below, the original Enhanced Workbench has no frozen columns.

In the session, you Freeze the Buy Shipment table at the Indicator column, as shown below.

When you return to this Enhanced Workbench, the Freeze selection of the Indicator column is retained - as shown below.

Grouped/Ungrouped

Grouped and Ungrouped Combined Detail Table work in the same way.  Click on the master table, the combined detail table loads with the default setting.

Click on Master Table

Click on the group ungroup icon on toolbar. When you come back to the Enhanced Workbench layout and click on the master table you will see the combined table load with changed state.

This feature extends the areas of the Enhanced Workbench which can be personalized by each user.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
