REST Communication Method for Tender Transmission - Oauth 2.0 Support

This feature provides you with the option of using the REST Communication Method for your Tender transmissions, by using the REST Communication Method, you will be able to transmit your Tender transmissions using Oauth 2.0 authentication. 

This change also supports, for your Open Tenders, the Out XML Profile configured on the External System for your Service Providers.  Previously, the configured Out XML Profiles were not considered in Open Tenders, setting the property - glog.integration.notification.rest.opentender.useExternalSysOutXMLProfileId - to true will enable the feature.

This feature provides you with the option of transmitting your Tender Transmissions using the Oauth 2.0 authentication method.

Steps to Enable

To take advantage of this feature you will need to change the Communication method to REST, you will also need to do the standard setup on the External System to configure Oauth 2.0 authentication. 

If you wish to have the Out XML Profiles defined on your External Systems considered as part of your Open Tenders - you will need to set the property - glog.integration.notification.rest.opentender.useExternalSysOutXMLProfileId - to true
