Level of Service Added to Show Routing Options Results Screen

The Show Routing Options Results Screen now has columns to show the Level of Service.

When using Arbitrary Rates that represent the Ocean Carrier's ability to charge different pre-carriage and different on-carriage rates, the Level of Service is the way to represent those charges.  The addition of new columns on the UI to show the Level of Service, which is usually a modal choice, is required for a proper business solution.   

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
