Introduce Inbound Performance Metric

We continue to elevate your Redwood Desktop Experience by bringing you more insights on the Dashboard tab. The new metric "Inbound Performance" provides key insights on your receiving that paints a bigger picture of your everyday inbound warehouse operations.

Now, you can easily access key inbound performance metrics such as:

  • “LPNs Received in the past 7 days” – The data is displayed as a bar graph that reflects the number of LPNs received in the past 7 days, and their current status. This is based on the Received Timestamp of the containers. The details are also color-coded to reflect the statuses of the received Inbound LPNs.
  • “Open IB shipments by Status” – This pie chart provides a breakdown of open inbound shipments by their current status. You can hover over an specific section of the pie chart and a data tip pops that tells you about the total number of shipments in that selected status. This information helps stakeholders quickly identify where most open inbound shipments currently stand in the workflow, enabling more efficient tracking.
  • “Today’s Appointment” – This gives you an overview of what shipments are expected on that day. Details such as “Status”, “Appointment Number”, “Matching Value Type”, “Matching Value” and “Appointment Time” are displayed here.
  • “Last 7 days average of dock-to-stock time metric” – This reflects the average dock to stock time for the past seven days. This data comes from the REST API for dock-to-stock time.
