Enhancements to Predefined Integration to Support Quantity Changes for Partly Allocated/ Allocated Orders

You can now update the quantity even when the order has reached the Partly Allocated or Allocated stages, as long as the items haven’t been packed yet. The system helps you enable the locking of orders at these stages, which wasn’t possible before.

The Order Lock and Unlock APIs are also enhanced to support locking and updating orders.

NOTE: The system will not permit locking for orders that have already been picked or packed, as this would complicate the shipping process.

You now have more flexibility (especially for WMS Prebuilt Integration) order quantities after inventory has been allocated but before packing for shipment, ensuring that changes can be made smoothly and without errors.
