Qualification Details Available on Declaration Line

This feature enables you to populate the qualification details on a declaration line. At the bottom of the Declaration Line UI, the Qualification section is available. To see additional information, click the Edit icon.

To take advantage of this feature, create a declaration from a trade transaction. On the declaration, trigger the Compliance > Look Up Trade Program action to copy the qualification details from the trade transaction line to the declaration line. The qualification is also added to the Declaration History section.

Declaration Line - Qualifications

The Look Up Trade Program action on declaration enables you to copy the trade program and qualification details from the corresponding trade transaction. This helps you to see if a finished good you are shipping qualifies for a trade agreement and can take advantage of a reduced duty rate, as well as populate data required for customs filings.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
