Support Fixed List Values for Inline Edit and Mass Update for Remarks and Reference Numbers

This feature allows you to configure Fixed List Values for use in Inline Edit and Mass Update for your Remarks and Refnums.

In the Inline Edit examples below both the Remark field (REM1) and the Reference Number field (REFNUM1) have both been configured to use a Fixed List of values.

Below is a Mass Update example using the configure Fixed List of Values for the two configured Remark and Reference Number fields.

This feature ensures that only desired values are entered into your configured Reference Number and Remark Fields when using the Inline Edit or Mass Update feature.

Steps to Enable

To us this feature you will need to configure your screen set to support a fixed list of values, as shown below.

For the example above, the REM1 fields was configured as shown below - Editable is selected and the Fixed Drop List of values are provided.
